Your Inner Compass is not certainty and it is not a command. It is your capacity to notice what is happening within you: discomfort, desire, hesitation, relief, curiosity, anger, aliveness. You do not have to know what any of it means immediately.
MAMMA MAFIA is not your compass. You are.
The Inner Compass helps you notice. The Code helps you honour what you notice. The Covenant is the life you choose to build from there. None of them chooses your road for you.
The Six Promises

Open the promise that feels closest. Read it at your own pace.
The Code Is Yours
You do not have to live these promises perfectly.
You only have to recognise when you have wandered away from yourself.
And be willing to come back.
As many times as it takes.
These are not promises to MAMMA MAFIA.
They are yours.
And perhaps that is where the road back begins.
What We Promise Each Other
The Code is what you promise yourself.
The Sisterhood is what we promise one another.
A softer place to land. A braver way to live.
We show up. We tell the truth with love. We make room for difference.
And we leave each other stronger than we found each other.
