Keepers of the Covenant
Part I: The Return
She is standing in the supermarket with a trolley half full.
She knows which bread everyone eats. Which yoghurt one child will touch and which one she will not. Which cereal disappears fastest. The coffee her partner prefers. The shampoo that has to be replaced before anybody notices it is nearly empty.
She reaches the end of the aisle and realises she has forgotten the one thing she came in for.
It is not milk.
It is herself.
Part I
The woman underneath the roles, and the practice of hearing her. The road, the quiet, courage and the Code.
Part II
The law, the money, the record, the altar, the body and the men we love. A closer look at the rules and stories women inherit.
Part III
Anger, difficult conversations, the architecture of your own life, and what to do when change does not hold.
Part IV
What you carry forward once you can see more clearly. Friendship, witness, stewardship, belonging and the Covenant you leave behind.
What you notice can begin a question. You can listen, seek information, ask for another perspective and change your mind as you understand more.
Not every feeling is truth. Not every fear is intuition. Not every desire must become a decision. Inner Knowing is not impulse. It is the deeper relationship you develop with yourself when you learn to listen, question, discern and choose.

You are not broken. You are becoming known to yourself.
You may be clear about some things and still finding words for others. You may be questioning expectations you once accepted, or wanting freedom without abandoning love.
You bring the years with you: what you loved, what you learned, what you now choose differently and what remains unsettled.
You do not owe your hardest years a lesson. You may need care, company, time or help.
You did not return because you needed fixing. You returned because you chose yourself.
She listens, questions and chooses, knowing that wisdom does not require certainty. And she understands that choosing herself does not require another woman to choose the same road.
Do not surrender your discernment to this book.
